Orders placed on this website www.undofortomorrow.com can be delivered worldwide excluding Brazil, that has another e-commerce available (https://www.undostore.com)

For international deliveries outside the EU, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the command.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location.

We are shipping from Portugal or Germany, so clients with a shipping address in the EU will NOT have to pay any additional duties. 

Orders from non-EU countries may have to pay additional import duties or taxes depending on each country.

We offer shipping on orders above 90€.

Of course, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return you pair of shoes and we gladly exchange it, you have up to 30 days from the delivery of your package to exchange your Undo Shoes.

You can exchange the size and/or colour too.

The products must be in new condition and their original packaging.

The return shipping as well as additional taxes or duties that could apply will be paid by the customer.

Only items returned within 30 days after delivery, in new condition and their original packaging, will be accepted.

To ask for an Exchange please contact our support team at support@undofortomorrow.com with:

1) Order Number;

2) Reason and desirable exchange

Send us an email tosupport@undofortomorrow.comand request instructions to send us back the shoes. Once we receive it and confirm the shoes are new we will confirm the refund in your credit card or paypal account.

You have 30 daysfrom the receipt of your package to return it to us.
It just needs to be unused and in the original packaging.
