How can I exchange my product?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return you pair of shoes and we gladly exchange it, you have up to 30 days from the delivery of your package to exchange your Undo Shoes.
You can exchange the size and/or colour too.
The products must be in new condition and their original packaging.
The return shipping as well as additional taxes or duties that could apply will be paid by the customer.
Important note for customers in the United States: Due to new tariffs, implying extra logistic costs, we cannot cover the shipping fees for exchanges. In case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the pair to be replaced as well as the shipping cost of the replacement pair.
How can I exchange my order?
Only items returned within 30 days after delivery, in new condition and their original packaging, will be accepted.

How can I ask for a Refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after delivery, to ask for a Refund.

- Order number
- Reason of return
As soon as the returned product arrives to our warehouse, we will refund your order, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.
How long can I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to return it to us. It just needs to be unused and in the original packaging.
