Our shoes are true to size. If your shoe size varies, for example, between 40 and 41, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
However, if you prefer a snug fit to make your feet look smaller, our adaptable toe cap system will do the job in about 15 to 20 days of use.

For international deliveries outside the EU, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the command.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location. We are shipping from Portugal, so clients with a shipping address in the EU will NOT have to pay any additional duties.
Orders from non-EU countries may have to pay additional import duties or taxes depending on each country.
We offer shipping on orders above 90€.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your pair of shoes and we'll gladly exchange them. You have up to 30 days from the delivery of your package to exchange your Undo Shoes.
You can also exchange the size and/or color. Please note that the products must be in new condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Orders will always be returned to our warehouse in Portugal, except for orders shipped to the United Kingdom. The return shipping (as well as additional taxes or duties that could apply) will be paid by the customer.
Only items returned within 30 days after delivery, in new condition and in their original packaging, will be accepted.
To ask for an exchange, please contact our support team at support@undofortomorrow.com with order number and reason and desirable exchange.

We take quality very seriously and we are continuously looking to improve and evolve the materials and development of our products.
About product warranty:
The warranty for our sneakers is up to 6 months after purchase. If you have any questions about your sneakers within this period, please contact our support team by email at support@undofortomorrow.com informing us what happened and along with some pictures, and we will help you.
We will analyze your request via photo and depending on the conditions, we will proceed to send a new pair or physically analyze the product.
Nuven: we recommend that you remove the insoles and shoelaces and wash it with cold water and minimum possible of neutral soap. You can use a toothbrush to help clean critical dirt. Let it dry in the shade and in a ventilated place.
Easy Breezy: we recommend that you remove the laces and wash gently with cold water and neutral soap. Let it dry in the shade and in a ventilated place.
The Surfer: we recommend that you remove the laces and wash gently with cold water and neutral soap. Let it dry in the shade and in a ventilated place.
We do not recommend:
- washing machines
- dryer
- hot water for washing
- expose the shoes to the sun to dry
