Please follow the instructions below- Remove the insole from a pair of shoes that fit you well.
- Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the insole.
- Measure from the farthest point of the heel to the farthest point of the toe (as shown in the image).
- Use the size chart to find your size based on the length of the insole.
- That's it! You now know your ideal size!
