How can we help?
We’ve prepared size recommendations for each model:

Easy Breezy, Jaguar, Rio, and Nuven 2.1 fit true to size.

Nuven, Nuven 2, and The Surfer have a slightly smaller fit, so we recommend choosing half a size up.
If you prefer a snug fit to make your feet look smaller, our adaptable toe cap system will naturally adjust within 15–20 days of use.

Orders placed on www.undofortomorrow.com are available for worldwide delivery, except for Brazil, which has its own dedicated store: www.undostore.com.
For international deliveries outside the EU, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other local fees required by the destination country’s regulations.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location.
Orders are mostly shipped from Portugal, and customers with a delivery address within the EU will not be charged any additional duties or import fees.
For non-EU countries, additional import duties or taxes may apply, depending on local customs regulations.
We offer free shipping on orders over €100 — except for deliveries to the USA.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your pair of UNDO shoes — and we’ll gladly exchange them.
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. You may exchange your pair for a different size and/or color. Please note that items must be in new condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
All returns are sent back to our warehouse in Portugal, except for orders shipped to the United Kingdom and United States.
The return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.
Important note for customers in the United States:
Due to new tariffs and additional logistics costs, we’re unable to cover exchange shipping fees. Customers will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement pair.

Once we receive your return and confirm that the shoes are in new condition, we’ll promptly send out your replacement pair. You’ll be notified by email as soon as it’s shipped.

Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the refund.
Once we receive your return and confirm that the shoes are in new condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.

We take quality very seriously, and we’re constantly working to improve and evolve the materials and development of our products.
Our sneakers come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

We’ll review your request based on the photos, and depending on the situation, we’ll either send a replacement pair or request a physical evaluation of the product.
We recommend removing the insoles (if removable) and shoelaces before cleaning.
Wash your sneakers using cold water and, if necessary, mild soap (as little as possible).
Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub areas with heavier dirt.
Let them air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated place.
